“Russell with Ace in the Hole is the real deal. Professional, calm, and genuinely helpful from the moment he showed up. He handled the situation efficiently and treated me with respect, which matters when you’re already stressed and stuck on the side of the road. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and careful with my vehicle. No attitude, no shortcuts, no nonsense. Just solid service from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing and actually cares about doing it right. If you need a tow in the Colfax, Roseville, or Rancho areas, ask for Russell, he’ll get you right or see to it that you are. This is the kind of service that restores your faith in people showing up and doing their job well. Highly recommend.”
“I would just like to sit here and give a shout out to Ace in the hole towing and there amazing employee Nick who went above and beyond to recover my vehicle that was stuck 50+ feet down the embankment on the side of i80 during a severe snow storm! I had three different tow company’s come out before Ace in the hole and they all denied to help me recover my vehicle “due to severe weather conditions and how much snow was blocking my vehicle in” Once I called Ace in the hole Nick stayed in contact with me the whole time giving me updates that due to weather conditions he had to reduce speed but assured me he will be out here and get my vehicle recovered. Once Nick arrived he spent about 20 minutes digging a path with his shovel and recovered my vehicle safely and towed me outside of chain control. I just wanted to say thank you again ace in the hole I am truly grateful you guys were able to get me out if that tough situation I thought I was going to be stuck in the ditch over night you guys rock!!!”
