“Amazing Customer service, made my bad situation into a good comforting experience. Mr Blake is an amazing person and he for sure is one of the most talented tow truck driver I’ve ever witnessed. He managed to come to me really fast and got the car on the truck within less than 3 minutes. It was a super fast and easy process, and he managed to drop my car off into a hard spot to park it but he made it happen. Mr Blake was for sure a good person he was so upbringing with jokes and just a funny person even though it was like 4:50 in the morning you would expect someone to be all tired but he actually was really energetic and optimistic. Mr Blake for sure needs to get a raise he wasn’t just a typical tow truck guy, he actually had great customer service and really got his work done fantastically. I would like to thank Ace Towing for being there to help me with this situation and would also like to thank Mr Blake. Amazing company definitely would call again if anything happens.”
“I was out with some girlfriends around 11 pm tonight and we were finishing up dessert when I returned to my car and it would not turn on. I even tried jumpstarting the car without success. I looked on Google to find local towing services and couldn’t be happier with my services tonight. KJ Was so kind and calm on the phone and came within 15 minutes to the public parking space and towed the car successfully. I was impressed especially giving the timing of the evening as well as the efficiency in getting to me within reasonable time. Thank you again!!!”
