They did a great job repairing my fender liner, and I was especially impressed by how honest, cooperative, and informative they were throughout the entire process. They were very straightforward about exactly what needed to be done, what parts were necessary, and how much the parts and labor would cost. There were no surprises and, most importantly, they did not try to recommend or perform unnecessary work. They focused on what my vehicle actually needed instead of trying to sell me additional repairs or convince me that something unrelated suddenly needed to be fixed for hundreds of dollars. Everyone I interacted with was polite, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. They were also great about callbacks and keeping me informed whenever I had questions or needed an update. It is not always easy to find an auto shop where you feel confident that you are being treated fairly, and that is exactly how I felt here. Knowing that I’m a new driver (unfortunately I learned driving after 30 lol) They were honest, transparent, reasonably priced, and did quality work without trying to add unnecessary repairs. I would absolutely recommend Airpark Towing Car Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to have their vehicle serviced. I first called to get a quote and was expecting the typical unfriendly short answers I usually get when I’m in need of a tow, but it was quite the opposite. The dispatcher was very friendly and answered all of my questions about loading my (lowered) car. The tow truck driver (Shawn I think) contacted me shortly after I hun up with the main office to let me know he was on his way. The driver arrived quickly, took his time loading my car and was very friendly on the ride back to my house.
