“I am SO grateful that Bill Finch was the tow truck operator that came to my aid today. I was T boned on a busy street and my car is totaled. He is so kind and was so calming to me. He first checked to see if I was ok(I was not—I was quite hysterical). He talked me through everything and told me exactly what he was going to do. He waited for my niece to come get me, even though it took about 30-40 minutes. While I was waiting in his truck with him, he took it upon himself to call a rental car company and started the process of acquiring a car. I really don’t know what I would have done without him. He made part of this horrible process so much easier. Please award Bill somehow for his amazing service. Thank you Bill for all of your help.”

“My clutch slipped on the highway and I had to pull off onto the side of the freeway. Originally, I had called insurance for roadside assistance, however, long story short, I waited for 2 and a half hours for service. I saw tow truck after tow truck drive by and none of them were the company my insurance had sent out. So I called the auto place I was going to tow to and they linked me up to Airport Towing. Setting up a dispatch was quick and easy, and I was told I would receive a phone call when a driver was available. Not 5 minutes later I receive a phone call and Bill the tow truck driver is on his way. My only complaint is he said it would be 10 to 15 minutes before he reached me but it only took him 7 minutes and we were off the freeway in 5. So, from initial dispatch to tow pick up, it was maybe a 20-30 minute process. Way better than the nearly 3 hours I already was waiting. So, huge shout-out to Bill from Airport Towing for his service, kindness, and personable nature, all of which make deserving of a 5-star. Thanks again for the tow and for the recommendation!”
