“My fiancé were on our way home to Ohio from Michigan with our dog and our alternator went out. Pushed it as far as we could and it died as we got off the highway. After calling 2 towing companies that basically told us to **** off, we called All Hours Towing and Recovery. Got an answer almost immediately and said he’d come right out. Fiancé made reservations at a hotel in the meantime. We were picked up and in the tow truck in about 10 minutes or less. This man went so far out of his way just to make sure we got home THAT NIGHT. He drove us to an auto parts store, we got an alternator, he called his friend and his friend agreed to put it on for us. He even called the hotel (which he does towing for) and got our money back with no penalty. Arriving at his friends house, they put the alternator on in about 10 minutes and we were back on the road. All in all, we drove for a little 30 minutes and it was the CHEAPEST tow truck I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with All Hours Towing and Recovery and give these guys the business and respect they definitely deserve. Thanks SO much for the bail out guys!”
“This is a sorry excuse for a company. They are a money grab business. They lied and said the management of apartments I live at called to tow. This was absolutely not true. I would advise no companies to contract with them for any business needs. I’m speaking with the corporate office to cut business ties with them.”
