All Points Towing

“Zach seriously saved the day after being let down by 2 different towing companies. I’m a AAA Premium member and Luther towing unlocked my Dead car with the keys locked inside but then told me he couldn’t jump my car because I’d have to make a whole other claim for that. Well what’s the point of unlocking my car if I can’t lock it again for the night because it opens with a remote? So when Zach showed up, he got the very overwhelmed version of me. He was so kind and understanding. He validated that I had every right to be upset. He got my car running and said I needed to leave it running for a little bit to get the battery charged. The problem was that I had gotten a flat tire on I80 at 2am this morning and had my car towed to my house. The first tow truck driver from another company (I can’t remember the name) dropped my car off this morning but didn’t tell me he was here and AAA had advised me to leave my keys locked in my vehicle when I left it on the side of I80at the booty crack of dawn. So I had a car that had a flat tire and was low on gas (because I had it running when I was waiting for HOURS on the side of the road to keep me and my toddler warm in the coldest hours of the morning). Flat tire, No gas and needed to run for a solid 30 minutes or longer. So Zach, knowing that I’m a AAA Premium member and have 2 services per call, jumped my battery AND put a few gallons of gas in my car. It was a very long, very exhausting and frustrating last 48hrs but Zach really came in clutch!”

“This morning, my car broke down AND the battery died in the middle of a completely iced road and on a blind corner. AAA gave me an estimated tow time of 1 hour 58 minutes. Mia from All Points called me to let me know what my wait time was. She asked me if I was safe and about my situation so kindly, then put me on a quick hold to see what she could do. Their team went above and beyond, Mia and the mechanic were warming up a truck and coming to tow my car. Robby got to me so quick, and was SO kind and helpful as he got my vehicle on the truck. I wasn’t sure where to take my car or what would even need to be done and Robby was so patient and gave me the time to get it sorted. A rough morning turned much better by these awesome individuals. They were personable, kind, understanding, and really just did everything they could to help. The customer service was exceptional but even more than that, they were so human and kind in a time where you don’t get that much anymore. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”
