“My mechanics at TDR in Bloomington referred me to these guys after I had made several phone calls to other companies in the area. Everybody was quoting me a mortgage sized payment. I do not blame them because they have to make money, however we were in dire straits with our truck breakdown and financials. I reached out to a Mr Jose who set me up with the tow. A Little backstory, we had the transmission on our tractor just lose power and broke down in the middle of nowhere on 395 between Hesperia and Victorville. A jankee shop had helped get us off the road but turned out to really give us just bad vibes. The shop almost resembled a chop shop for semis. They were recommending repairs that just didn't make sense for the symptoms the truck was showing. I had to get our tractor out of there. Allied heavy duty towing came and rescued our equipment, and got it to where it needed to go. The professionalism, communication, and straightforward pricing really just gave us peace of mind. Every step of the way, they let us know what was going on and even when the truck arrived. That price was more than reasonable, and I really appreciate them showing Mercy on us. You guys really could have thrown the book at us but your kindness gave us the blessing we needed to not have to worry. Thank you for that. Our tractor is in safe hands with a good mechanic now, and we no longer have to worry. The fact that I was able to coordinate this transport from Texas, without any worry was huge for me. I 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anybody who cares about their equipment and needs reliable wrecker services. These are just good people, and true professionals in the tow industry. “Allied towing saved the day! AAA was glitching because they first sent a tow truck that could only hold two people and I told AAA that there were three of us including a car seat. I got a call from Elaine at Allied saying her driver would be there in 30 minutes. Zach got there even earlier and he was professional and super pleasant. It was so hot outside and inside the tow truck he had the AC blasting, thank goodness. It was super roomy and comfortable in the cab. Zach towed us all the way back home next to LAX and was super friendly the whole time. Allied, Elaine, and Zach made a horrible situation pleasant and my family and I are incredibly grateful.
