“Jimmel provided excellent service! I needed a new battery to be installed and he purchased and installed it quickly and kept me informed every step of the way - even though I wasn't even home. He stayed to ensure it was running, even checked the alternator to see if it was functioning and looked into other possible causes for the previous new battery to have gotten drained. Sent me a video of the car running and I wasn't charged until I saw proof that the new battery was in and the car was functioning again. I highly recommend Jimmel! He's incredibly nice and professional!”
“ARS. Alpha Roadside Service, I placed a call into State Farm roadside service. They sent ARS. Within a very short time Jimmel, (owner) was in the parking garage My car would not start did not even make that click click click noise. Meeting Jimmel was actually a pleasure, I must say one of the nicest, most sincere straight shooting person I’ve met in a long time. Other businesses could take a page out of his playbook on customer service absolutely five star !!! I asked if I could purchase a battery from him. His Price was very reasonable plus he hauled off my old battery which was dead and installed a new one. He was on a mission to get my car started. Unfortunately, Ford seems to build the engine compartment to where you have to take things out in order to even get to the one you need. He was extremely patient took his time. (45 minutes) did a great job, got my car running plus we had great conversation. I truly wish more people had an attitude like this gentleman. He patiently”
