“In the early morning, still pitch black at night, my husband and I experienced much more than a flat, (we had just changed our tires a day prior and received a faulty one) we googled 24 hour towing and had called a few places that didn't answer when we got down the list to theirs. Now they were farther away but that didn't matter at all because the customer service was the absolute best thing about the night we had. Both the woman on the phone and Guy (the guy) who came and gave us a tow were helpful, kind and personable. We were half an hour outside of Provo and they got there in almost exactly half an hour. We dropped the car off at a shop and then Guy gave us a ride home. Based on the conversation we had with him it is clear Am Pm towing is run by a fair, kind boss who actually cares about his employees and the customers and that is refreshing. Hopefully we won't need to be towed again but if we did they would be my first thought.”
“Seth and AMPM towing/AAA were beyond helpful when we contacted them to help with our car troubles. Prompt and professional service was provided. I was very stressed about the situation. Seth was super to work with and helped ease my mind as to a quick resolution. I would highly recommend Seth and the company he works for.”
