“Crazy that it’s been almost 3 years now since using this service, but I never left a review, and a good one is very much deserved. I was getting ready to leave NOLA when my handbrake would not release, so I needed a tow. I found a place that wouldn’t break the bank too much, but Carol said absolutely not to that part of the city because it’s apparently in a notoriously unsafe area, which I was unaware of since I’m not a local. She had access to discounted rates at any Hilton stay, so she helped hook me up with a better rate in a safer part of town. Not only did she help get me a better rate, but she waited outside to ensure I was all checked in and good to go. As if that wasn’t ready excellent service, she went above and beyond by following up with me asking if I made it home ok after my car was serviced. Carol might be an angel in disguise because I’ve never received that kind of care from a stranger. She saw a single woman in an unfamiliar city needing help, and she handled it in such a beautifully unexpected way. If it wasn’t for the first tow company leaving me stranded, then I would’ve never received Carol’s excellent customer service. Three years later and I’m still left thinking about that experience and feeling such immense gratitude. Thank you to Carol and B and M Towing for coming to my rescue that day!”
