“My 18-year-old son thought it would be a good idea to drive into the mountains on a warm evening in March. He drove up Little Bear Road to NF-980 and got quite a ways before getting stuck in the soft, deep snow. I was unable to pull the car out with my SUV the next day, so I sucked it up and started calling towing services. Two other towing companies wouldn't even go up Little Bear Road. One of them referred me to Best Rate Towing. Liz was efficient and courteous over the phone and via text message. The driver, Luke, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing, and wasn't even rattled when we encountered another stranded vehicle partially blocking the path to ours. Best Rate's "mountain recovery vehicle" (an old Toyota pickup) isn't much to look at, but it and Luke got the job done, and I escaped with the minimum two-hour service fee. Hopefully, my son has learned his lesson, but if he hasn't, I know who to call if this happens again.”

“Our transmission went out in our van as we were leaving West Yellowstone in July & no mechanic in the area would touch it, leaving us stranded with my one year old. We had no other choice but to tow our van to a mechanic near Bozeman. After making countless calls, getting outrageous quotes, & shedding MANY tears, these wonderful folks were recommended to us by a West Yellowstone local. The woman on the phone who talked me through the process and got me a reasonable quote; amazing. The man who came to haul off our van; extra amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he made sure we had a place to stay until our ride arrived & told me to reach out if I needed anything else. He even offered to help me carry the important items from my van to a safe spot because I had my son with me. A sucky situation was made slightly less so after the service these wonderful people provided. Thank you for playing a huge part in helping my family (and our van) make our safe return to Colorado!”
