“Had an awful experience with the county sheriff that resulted in them impounding my car due to my insurance lapsing unbeknownst to me (I thought insurance would keep charging me and just auto renew like they always do but apparently this time they wanted paperwork). Luckily they chose Big Ks to take care of the tow and impound situation, I’ve never met nicer ladies in an office that probably gets a lot of rude people due to the line of work! The price was more than fair even though they had my car for two days (happened on a Friday so I couldn’t get my car till Monday morning) and the office dogs are soooo cute. If I ever need work done on my vehicle I’ll be coming to check them out just due to the great customer service they gave after an overwhelming weekend!”
“I take my vehicle to Big K’s anytime I need repairs. Michele is always very helpful and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle throughout the process! Newer cars take a little longer because getting parts are hard due to the lack of inventory available in this economy! I was very understandable on any delays. I had received an update on the estimated date of completion that it would not be finished. I was bummed but understood. She has let me know early that week that they were still waiting on a part! No worries! But on the same evening after hours she called me to let me know my car was completed and ready if I would like to pick it up! They were closed the next day and going into a Holiday weekend! SHE CALLED AFTER HOURS!!! Because she cares about her customers! I am beyond grateful! And my car looks great! ♥️ Thank you!”
