“There are people who are good at their jobs and then there’s Brent from Big Rapids Towing. 5 Stars is an insult to this dude, because he’s a Rock Star. My 40’ Allegro Bus broke down while pulling my 32’ enclosed trailer. Working with the dispatcher was easy and she continually called me back and kept me informed until Brent arrived (Which was quick) It was after midnight when this all went down on US 131. It is a tremendous amount of work to prep one of these Coaches to be able to be towed including removing the drive shaft. Brent absolutely knocked it out of the park. It wasn’t just his knowledge, work ethic and attention to detail it was his understanding demeanor that this was a horrible experience my wife and I. Lastly, Brent followed every possible safety procedure, put out LED distress lights, was wearing his high vis clothing and made sure the work area was well lit and safe. His equipment was top of the line. These folks have been doing this for a long time, and it showed. Extremely happy with the service…”
“They have always done me right with getting vans and larger trucks hauled to where I need them to go, especially when they break down and we can't get them to go anywhere. They have always had amazing service, the techs are amazing and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for service.”
