“First I want to say THANK YOU to Mike our driver; fantastic customer service, and great expertise in driving and moving the camper in the rain is not easy but he was great. Can’t leave out his helper Shawn who was right there in the rain taking great care of us. Thank you both. We broke down just past the Polaris/Gemini exit worst possible place to break down towing a 20 ft camper on a rainy Friday night. Was referred to BM Towing as a company who can haul a camper. The person who answered the phone was very professional, recognized our dangerous situation sitting in rush hour traffic just beyond any exit and was able to dispatch a team to us right away. I can’t speak for the price but in today’s high gas prices, etc. It is what is and we were glad to get our camper towed safely back to Dayton from Columbus. NOTE: Only issue we had was payment method BM only takes Zelle (which my credit says is discontinued and won’t use), CASH App which you have pay limits and have to give your debit card or CASH. Now late at night after 9 banks are closed, our credit union’s web site was down so refused this large withdrawal. After asking again was given permission to use credit card but had to print form out, complete w/credit card # info, along with pic of driver’s license both sides and credit card both sides. Luckily I had a printer and scanner WHEN I GOT HOME. BM was tag teaming on calling for payment until I e-mailed it What do you do on the road traveling and don’t have it or aren’t computer savvy? We made it work but very stressful to complete. Also, 4% credit card fee on a big bill but I know that is the norm now days. Just be aware.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I got stuck halfway in my driveway and half on the street on 01/31/26 a few days after Columbus got that major snow. I was low key panicking and had called a couple of places to see about getting a pull out of my driveway. I was either put on hold too long or other places said they couldn't help. Granted, Columbus was still dealing with digging out people and cars from snow a few days prior. I called BM on a whim because of their location convenient to my home. #Support Westside Business. The operator (young lady, I did not catch her name) answered right away and put my mind at ease while collecting my information and location. She told me it would be about 90 minutes and they would call when their dispatcher is on their way. Just about 90 minutes later I received a call from Sean letting me know he was on his way. When he got there, he even tried digging my car out first. When that didnt work, he was able to maneuver around my tightly spaced driveway to pull my car out onto the street. He was able to complete the job in under 10 minutes and I was able to pay with Zelle app via my Huntington app. 12 out of 10! If you need help, please give these guys a call. They are real personal and good people. Follow up. I had to call on 02/03/26 for a copy of my receipt and they are able to text it to me. Definitely liked that!”
