“I called for service for this company my truck died in the worst possible spot on Carpenter Road and Ellsworth the dispatch lady was professional kind and patient with me she told me the driver would be out there in 15 minutes and he was. This tow truck driver was probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had to deal with I was stressed out it was hot and his professionalism was amazing his calm cool Collective made the situation so much better. He was cheerful just made this situation a lot easier to deal. It was truck 68 and Driver LR. This man is a shining example of what customer service should be and you should be proud to have him as an employee.”
“My wife and I were returning from a trip when something in the road sliced one of our tires. Being a Corvette, the run-flats are useless when slashed—and of course, Corvettes don’t come with spare tires. Since we were from out of town and unsure of who might show up to help or what kind of service we’d get, I had no choice but to Google "roadside assistance." A call was made, and a tow truck arrived at our location within about 20 minutes. Thankfully, God was looking out for us because the gentleman who showed up—in a clean, well-presented tow truck—was absolutely the right person for the job. He took great pride in safely mobilizing the car for transport and drove my wife and me to a Discount Tire, where the tire was replaced and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. Billing was simple—an invoice was sent to my phone, which made paying a breeze. You won’t find anyone more professional or capable than Brewer's Towing.”
