“Absolutely amazing company! On Monday our daughter broke down on I-670 East and had to pull into a construction area to avoid blocking traffic. From the moment I called, the dispatcher was incredibly kind and helpful. The tow truck driver arrived within 15 minutes of me hanging up the phone with dispatch, which was such a relief. The gentleman who arrived was also kind and towed her vehicle to their shop, and while they likely would have had it repaired the same day, the part she needed had to be ordered. We received a call the very next morning letting us know her car was repaired and ready to go. Everyone we dealt with provided outstanding customer service and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with her vehicle. The total cost was very reasonable, and the entire experience was stress-free during what could have been a very difficult situation. Thank you to everyone who helped our daughter. “Geico called Broad and James when I used my roadside assistance. I was in such a rush this morning that I forget the driver’s name but he was prompt, polite, careful, knowledgeable and friendly. He offered me a ride, which is polite but I didn’t need it. He called again before arrival to confirm how he should approach the property, and he called a third time just to confirm if I needed a copy of the receipt because I paid cash. Absolutely outstanding customer relations. The tow mileage was over what my insurance would cover but B&J told me outright what my cost would be, and it was VERY REASONABLE! I was floored. I am very, very impressed with the quality of service, and the price. I would recommend them outside of insurance as well, the rates are that good.”
