“Returning from Cape Cod with my wife on busy Rte 6, our car suddenly registered an engine fault and the engine shut off. We rolled to shoulder of road and immediately called 911. Nervous with cars wizzing by at 60 MPH, we were informed a tow truck would be there is 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes, a Bucklers tow truck arrived with safety lights on. The driver Andrew calmly informed us of the process for remaining safe and his getting the car and us safely off highway. He also explained tow options to get our car back to our home area and dealer and how our AAA membership could be used to cover tow expense. My wife is handicapped, hence Andrew awaited a police car’s arrival to create room for her to safely exit vehicle. He loaded our car on flatbed, assisted us into his truck, and got us to a safe parking lot off highway. Next he assisted us to get tow approval from AAA for the 85 mile trip back to our local dealer. As Andrew drove us and car to our local dealer, he was conversational, courteous and truly invested in our getting safely home. My wife and I cannot thank Andrew and Bucklers enough for exceptional service and keeping us safe through a dangerous situation. I’d recommend Bucklers Towing for any towing needs! “Our rental car had battery problems, so continuing our trip wasn’t possible. Hertz sent Andrew to us — he arrived just 5 minutes after our call with Hertz at the Hyannis airport. Since Hertz didn’t have any cars available on-site, we were supposed to take a Lyft to the airport in Providence. Andrew kindly offered to give us a ride, as he had to take the car there anyway.
