“I would get 10 stars if I could!! Woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire, spent the first half of the day dealing with roadside assistance and then driving to the closest auto shop on my donut tire, only to get there and be told that —even though I simply had a single flat tire, and all my tires still have more than 50% tread— that I’d have to buy 4 new tires because it was corporate policy that they wouldn’t plug a tire that had previously been plugged (and my car is AWD). That’s when I called Come To You Automotive Repair (because they seemed to be non-corporate and locally owned)— they answered quickly and were more than happy to plug my tire. They arrived exactly on time. The work was completed unbelievably quickly by a super kind gentleman, and overall— I couldn’t be happier. Literally saved me thousands of dollars. Honestly, it was such a good reminder to make more of an effort to stay away from greedy corporate chain businesses as often as I can. Highly HIGHLY recommend this wonderful business. A+++++”
“I had such a great experience with this mechanic and truly appreciate their help. My van broke down on a Sunday, and although I couldn’t reach them at first, they kindly called me back, listened carefully to what had happened, and scheduled a visit for the next day. Instead of needing a tow, they came directly to the parking lot where my van was and fixed it on-site, which was incredibly helpful. They were located only about 15 minutes away, so they arrived quickly. The mechanic was very kind, professional, and efficient—he quickly identified the issue and took care of the repair. I was in a hurry at the time, and without their help, everything I needed to do could have been significantly delayed. I’m really grateful they were there when I needed them. Their service was honest, reasonably priced, and I never felt overcharged. It genuinely felt like they just wanted to help people. I highly recommend them, and if I ever have car trouble again in North Carolina, I would absolutely call them again.”
