“(Writing a second review on here cause I’ll be damned if this man don’t get some recognition) I don’t remember the guys name, he said he used to be a cop though. Absolutely stellar service, came and got me out of a parking lot in the heat in under 20 minutes and got my car loaded in about 20 seconds. That man deserves a raise or a promotion or something, hell give him a cut of the company. I ain’t ever written a review for nothing but this was impressive service at its finest right here. It was a 2010 Infiniti G37 if that helps identify this hero. Dales Towing has got to be the GOAT of the towing industry, and that man has got to be the world’s greatest tow truck driver. I’ll drive down there myself and show you who he was just to get him the appreciation he deserves, a paid day off, raise, promotion something! This kind of service deserves it. I was broke down in a car I just bought the same day and this man had me cracking up in the passenger seat, above and beyond excellent service. Anyways, I could keep writing but I guess I’ll end my rant on how great this company and employee was.”

“These guys were fantastic!!! I called them in a pinch. My wife’s car that we just picked up from the shop in Virginia was supposed to be fixed. It was not, wife drove it all the way to North Carolina to break down. I called Dale’s. Pricing was very reasonable for a tow all the way back to Virginia. Called another company in the area and they told me it would be $600 more expensive l. I had to pay cash up front, and they could only take $500 via Credit card, with a 10% credit card service charge. Unbelievable ! They picked the car up within twenty minutes, stored it overnight and drove it all the way back to the dealership in Virginia today. Collected payment over the phone by card upon their arrival to VA. Got the keys to service, all safe and sound. Everything was super simple, went so smooth. Thank you guys, your service was impeccable and we greatly appreciate all the assistance!”
