“These guys are awesome, let me just say that first and foremost. My guy Wolfgang needs a raise. Also let me say that I'm in no way being compensated by these people, I do not work for them, and I have never met the owners nor do I even know who they are. With that said however let me go ahead and say that I've used them twice now and both times the service was immaculate. I called them the day that I needed service both times once during an emergency and once planned and both times I was given amazing and prompt service. Also if you have a motorcycle they take great care to take care of your bike and they explain things to you, call you and let you know when they're coming, and give you all the information you need at a very reasonable cost. Juxtaposed with the terrible terrible way I was treated and the horrible service I was given at Northern Colorado Powersports which no one should ever go to, these guys provide great customer service and really understand how to take care of people. Again if you have a motorcycle and you want to get taken care of the right way, then call this place, you will not be disappointed”

“If I could give 100 stars to Dedicated Towing and Recovery I would do so! I have used their services twice in the past 6 months (one local haul after an accident and one long distance haul) and each experience was nothing short of exceptional. The responsiveness and quick service I received was next level. Both times I reached out I was connected with a helpful dispatcher who was courteous and eager to help. During the most recent occasion I needed tow assistance after what are considered standard business hours, but Dedicated Towing and Recovery is a true '24/7' operation and dedicated to exceptional service no matter the hour they receive the call. I was extremely surprised and grateful that my late evening long distance tow was going to be the same cost as if I had called during daylight hours. On both occasions that I used Dedicated Towing and Recovery Colin was the gentleman who came to my rescue. He was extremely polite and I appreciated his call letting me know his ETA, and on both occasions it happened to be just a 10 minute wait which I found incredible! Upon his arrival Colin was very personable and got to work straight away. He is obviously very well versed at his job as he had my vehicle on the truck within a few minutes and was on his way. I was truly blown away by the level of service I received. It was comforting to know that in an already difficult situation that my vehicle was in great hands, which made me feel at ease. Without exception or hesitation, Dedicated Towing and Recovery will be my family's first call for towing and road side assistance service.
