“Called because my truck wouldn't move with a horrible banging from my undercarriage. Carlos said he'd be there in about a half an hour. He showed up withing 39 mins and I was impressed with modesto traffic at 3:30pm. He asked me what was wrong with my truck and I said I don't know, listen. I put in reverse, backed up then pulled foward. Right away when he heard the horrible noise he told me it was my carrier barrings. I have no idea what that is so he put my front tires on his flatbed and lifted the truck and said let's take a look. He said yup and showed me that the central barring that holds the drive shaft in place was completely gone and shook my drive shaft as he explained and it made the same sound I heard when I decided to stop my truck. Said it should be an easy fix and part usually only 100.00. Now all he was there for was to tow my truck to my house but he went out of the way to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it, setting my mind and worry to ease. I got home went and picked up the part for 97.00 and im about to take my drive shaft apart and fix it. Carlos was very courteous and helpfull and went the extra mile to help me. I appreciate his service and if I ever need I will definitely call upon him again. I highly recommend.”
“I am so impressed called around to 6 places and they were way to expensive, or if they were real cheap they didn't go out that far, we were on sb 99 at central Modesto off ramp, the traffic at 4 in the am was amazing packed. the driver said 45 mins and he made it, the price was a blessing, but i thought what hidden charges are there. and there were NONE... this driver swooped in, hook us up while dodging traffic and the entire time was being concerned for our safety and bounced, he was quick and accurate and confident, I have verbally told all my connections about this place, bc no one knows when they or family needs a tow at 2 am. I thought his name was CARLOS. He was amazing. Kind, Nice and polite. yet it was like I called a family member to rescue me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! for NOT BEING LIKE THE OTHER TOW YARDS.,”
