“Believe It! The service is in the name “Elite.” First, the dispatcher was pleasant, patient, professional & sounded like she “wanted” to help in comparison to a couple others I tried. She asked questions to make sure I had checked out every option possible to get the best possible price with or w/out insurances. That’s going the extra mile. And Ethan was great, polite, professional & even gave us a few tips to help prevent flat tires in the future. Paul was great as well. They’re definitely ELITE!😉”

“If I could give Elite Towing 10 stars, I would. After dealing with a nightmare situation with a previous lazy provider who lied and canceled my request, Elite Towing swooped in and showed what true professionalism looks like. The representative who answered my call at 9:54 AM was absolutely awesome. She listened to my concerns about my car being tagged on the highway and promised to get someone out ASAP—and she meant it! By 10:05 AM, they were already on-site. They located my locked vehicle perfectly on the side of a busy highway using just the initial directions, with zero extra hassle or calls needed from me. My roadside assistance club gave me an ETA between 11:10 AM and 12:10 PM just for the pickup, but Elite Towing had my car picked up, brought to my house, and safely dropped off in my driveway by 10:45 AM—well before the original company was even supposed to arrive! The driver was incredible. He was extremely careful with my vehicle and demonstrated some serious professional driving skills. He expertly maneuvered and parked my car in the spot most convenient for me, even though it made it much harder for him to get his truck out. From the initial phone call to the final drop-off, they handled this entire emergency in under an hour. They are fast, reliable, highly skilled, and deeply empathetic to stranded drivers.
