“This is an excellent towing service which has a contract in NY, NJ and CT with BMW Roadside Assistance. The attending driver was careful to photograph the car, drive it onto the towing bed, secure the car with multiple straps for transport, maintain updates with BMW including nearby locations with after hours key drop service, and to repeat the process after the car was offloaded at a local BMW dealership. It was akin to EMT/ambulance care for the vehicle. I ordered an Uber to take me home and he waited until the Uber driver arrived before leaving. We talked about fishing on the drive to the dealership. I’ll be taking recommendations on rod, reel and tackle pretty soon! Thanks to the team for their professional service!!”
“I have had my car towed by different companies and you don’t even know who you’re gonna get or what kinda service you’re gonna get. Polo from Empire State Towing was amazing. Amazing worker but most importantly an amazing person. Never panicked and was cool calm and collective. He towed my car in front of my house and assisted me in parking the car while it was in neutral. Definitely will call Empire State Towing and will request Polo if I need another tow. (I didn’t get any type of discount or pressure to type this review) This legit was my best experience having my car towed. Thanks Empire State Towing and most importantly thank you Polo! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽”
