“I want to give a shout out to Chris from Empire Towing. He is very nice and I felt very safe hitching a ride from him after my accident to retrieve items out of my vehicle. I am very lucky to be alive, and I am very impressed that Chris was able to help me locate an important item from my vehicle even though it was clearly totaled. He really took the couple of minutes to help me and it made a huge difference for someone to patient with me after something like this! I also wanted to give a special thank you to the other tow man who first arrived, but he could not speak out loud! Even though he could not speak, we understood each tower perfectly. He was so sweet and was so comforting as he was one of the first people I interacted with when I was first pulled out of the vehicle.
