Falcon Auto Repair and Towing

“Had a motorcycle flat yesterday and called AAA. AAA advised me that Falcon Towing would be there in around 2 hours. That time began to slide as it got closer to the 2-hour point and was then around 3 hours. That time then slid to 4 hours. Although the driver was late the company continued to update the time with me and let me know they were going to be even more delayed than they already were. The reason for this was due to my motorcycle requiring a flatbed with the need for a motorcycle Dolly to pull it up that they only had a limited amount available. I get that and I can accept that as a reasonable explanation. I do wish the time had been better reflected in the beginning not that I could have done anything about it other than Maybe try to do something other than sitting along a curb for 4 hours. It was a little after 2:00 p.m. when I called and around 6:15 when they came at night. The driver was extremely Pleasant and we had good conversation on the way back to the dealership I was dropping it off at. He was very professional and tried his very best to be meticulous in hooking up my motorcycle as I am a bit particular in the way that I want things done. Although the company was very late in getting to me I am still giving them a five-star review because they continued to update me with the later time and their explanation I felt was reasonable. The take back from all this is that even though I had a flat on my motorcycle while I was riding, the positive takeaways beat any negatives of waiting for a tow truck. I didn't wreck the motorcycle, I'm still able to stand up and go to work, so I am very thankful Indeed! Have a good day Falcon Towing and thank you for hiring people who do a good job. Randy”

“This morning, around 6:30 AM in San Pedro, I had trouble starting my car, so I immediately contacted AAA for assistance—either for a jump start or a possible battery replacement. I was told the service would arrive around 7:30 AM, but to my surprise, a technician from Falcon Towing arrived even before 7:00 AM! Jermaine, the technician, was absolutely wonderful and very professional. He quickly checked the battery and explained that it was in bad health since it was already 4 years old. Thankfully, he had a new battery on hand and installed it right away with great efficiency. The whole process was fast and smooth—I paid right after, and everything was done before 7:30 AM! Thanks to Falcon Towing and Jermaine, I didn’t miss work at 8:00 AM. Their service was not only prompt but also friendly and professional. I’m so impressed that I’m now considering visiting their shop for future car maintenance needs. Highly recommended!”
