I was fully prepared to pay the tow bill myself, which would have been around $160. Instead, Tim did something that is becoming harder and harder to find these days—he was completely honest. He informed me that since my truck is still under warranty, I should let the dealership handle the tow bill rather than paying out of pocket. He could have easily taken my money and said nothing, but he chose to do the right thing. Not only was Tim professional and courteous, but his honesty saved me money during an already stressful situation. That kind of integrity deserves recognition. I found myself in a desperate spot the night of 3/21, traveling back to our Airbnb around 10:45pm, completely off the grid, out in the boonies, and stuck. I truly needed help.
