“I can't say enough about how smooth the process was with this company. The results were excellent. I sideswiped a guardrail. Drove in to Florence Auto Body without an appointment. Ally came right out and took her pictures and spoke with me. We then went into the office where she took more info including insurance info and I was on my way. My insurance adjuster and I had the estimate the next day and set up a time to drop my car off the following week. Ally even caught a couple things that other companies that I went to for an estimate didn't catch. Ally pretty much handled everything from contacting my insurance company to getting me a rental paid for by insurance. My rental was waiting on me when I dropped my car off. Ally called 10 days later to tell me my car was ready, a few days earlier than promised. I pulled back on the lot in the rental and was pulling off the lot in my car within 10 minutes. Ally handled everything from start to finish. My car looks brand new. This was my first accident ever and between KYFB and Florence Auto body it went so smooth. I can't thank them enough for making this as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend this business. I mean their employee of the month is a pup, that says it all.”

“Back in 2023 these guys fixed the bumper to my car after an accident and did a super fantastic job. But where they have really gone above and beyond was today. I had gotten a piece of plywood cut from a local hardware store and misjudged the size for my car. It was rubbing and fraying the twine I used to tie down the board to my trunk and threatening to snap it off. We stopped by just by chance and asked for their help. Allie and Rick not only help me and my husband cut this plywood in half to fit better in my trunk they loaded it up for me and just so happens the car we were driving also needs some body work done. Allie whipped up a quote for us that was the best price option we have ever gotten. For as long as I live in the northern Kentucky region I will only do business with these guys. Their capacity for kindness and professionalism goes way beyond body work and customer service. They are community members of the greatest standing I’ve ever known outside my own hometown. I highly recommend these guys for anything you need done. It’s so hard to find people you can count on for help of any kind let alone random kinds.”
