Frank Bobo's Wrecker Service

“I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. My service provider Mr. James gave me the most awesome service and quick long distance tow I’ve ever experienced. He was witty, he was friendly and he truly enjoyed taking care of my special car and was so QUICK! I waited 5 hours in the hot sun in an undesirable location with some undesirable ppl and called a national tow company that I have a PLATINUM membership to never showed up. I called Frank Bobo’s and they estimated my wait time to be 45 minutes. Well Mr. James was there in 10 minutes for my long distance tow and even apologized for being “late”. I was like DUDE, you saved my LIFE AND you came MUCH sooner than expected. He took time and care with my car but he was quick, thorough, and SAFE! He even offered me a ride back but I was just transporting a car so I didn’t need it but thanks anyway Mr. James. When he dropped my car off he asked me where I wanted it and I told him and he hit it on the SPOT!!!!! He even gathered my children and told them to be careful because my car could possibly roll and he watched us chuck the wheels so nothing bad would happen to my family. I’m long winded but I’ll keep this as short as possible. Frank Bobo’s is AWESOME and Mr. James was awesome too. I’m so impressed with the level of professionalism and care for my special car. Honestly, I’ll probably cancel my membership to that silly national yet to be named “Roadside assistance “ and may use Frank Bobo’s to transport all of my special Volvos. Thank you Mr. James, you are AMAZING!!”

“I had to use this towing company, and I truly appreciate their level of customer care in a difficult situation. Special thanks to Ms. Allyn from the company. Her support was outstanding. She really helped me handle all the details, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company. She stayed involved and genuinely helped me solve the problem step by step. I also want to mention that I paid a very fair and minimal amount — everything was handled in a very honest and human way. The tow truck driver, Matthew, was also very professional and handled everything exactly as requested. He did his job with care and respect. I am sincerely grateful for their help.”
