“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish I could give **10 stars**! We were on our way to our summer family vacation with our kids, excited for the trip, when our van suddenly started having engine problems. We exited the highway and pulled over on a local road, then called our insurance company's roadside assistance, which dispatched Fred's Towing & Transport. Within minutes, Marcus called to let us know he'd be there in about 10 minutes. I asked how many people could ride in the tow truck, and he explained that only two passengers were allowed. I started trying to arrange an Uber for the rest of my family, but we couldn't find a driver willing to pick us up. When Marcus arrived, I told him about the problem. Without hesitation, he told us to cancel the Uber and called his wonderful wife, who immediately came to pick up the rest of our family. She arrived just as quickly as Marcus did! From that moment on, Marcus and his wife completely changed what could have been a terrible day. They were calm, reassuring, and genuinely cared about helping us. Being stranded in an unfamiliar place with children was incredibly stressful, but they made us feel like everything was going to be okay. They took us to a local dealership they personally trusted and recommended because they have their own vehicle serviced there. Since the service department was closed and only accepting vehicle drop-offs, Marcus walked us through the entire process. They even helped advocate for us with the dealership, which ultimately loaned us a vehicle so we could continue our vacation, even though our destination was still hours away. Marcus and his wife were truly lifesavers. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to go far beyond what anyone would expect is something we'll never forget.
