“First, I truly do believe that tow companies are class traders, in the same leagues as cops, Scalpers, and Insurance companies. I have experienced unjustified tows from Muncie and Indianapolis companies. Second, The negative review for Garner's are clearly people in a hard spot that didn't "get what they wanted" or get "special treatment." I had a very good interaction with Garners for a tow I needed. The staff has clearly been on the end of belligerent individuals, more than they should and deserve. My initial interaction was very cold, but after a few jokes and friendly banter they warmed right up. Car was towed from fortville to muncie without any problems. They are great if you are a paying customer.”

“This past Saturday we found ourselves broke down in our nearly 44 foot long, 48000 lb motorhome in Brownsburg, Indiana. We have towing coverage through Coach-net. We have nothing but praise for Garners Towing Service and Coach-net. Coach-net was having a difficult time finding a company with the proper equipment available. We got in touch with Stephen at Garners and he said that they worked with Coach-net. We went ahead and set up the tow and Coach-net and Stephen coordinated the payment. They thought they could be out in a few hours which was fine as we were off the road and safe. They called an hour later and explained that the truck and driver they really wanted to send would not be available until the next morning. We were okay with that as it’s nerve wracking enough to have your home towed and we were happy they wanted to make sure they had the right equipment to do the job. Sunday morning Rusty showed up with the truck. He was very professional and extremely careful to not damage our motorhome. He got it safely towed to the repair shop in South Bend. We wholeheartedly recommend Garner’s. Hopefully we never need your service again bet if we do we won’t hesitate to call.”
