“Our rented SUV had slid off of a remote gravel road in Glacier National Park and was teetering on the edge of a deep ravine. After another towing service refused to help, we were referred to Green Tow by the car rental company. Kevin was simply amazing in every respect. He was calm and professional as he reassured us on the phone that he would be able to help and that he would be there in an hour. We had been fortunate that another tourist had found us and had taken us to our rental house, where Kevin picked us up. He went to considerable extra effort to clear space in his truck so that we could both go with him to retrieve the SUV. Once there, he again assured us that the job would be relatively straightforward and explained the approach he was going to use. With great care and using two winches, he gradually pulled the car up and out of the ditch, with no damage. Kevin was a lifesaver at a time when we were emotionally distraught and desperate for help. We cannot praise him enough for his professionalism, skill, and overall great disposition.”
