Without hesitation, he gave me the office number and assured me they would take care of me. He was absolutely right. When I called, Della answered the phone, and from the very first minute she treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. She could hear the frustration and exhaustion in my voice after such a long trip, and she handled everything flawlessly. I was having trouble sending photos by email, and instead of rushing me off the phone, she stayed with me the entire time, sent me an email I could simply reply to, walked me through everything, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Customer service like that is becoming rare these days. Then Chester arrived, and I couldn’t have asked for a better operator. As someone who’s spent more than 26 years in the towing industry, I notice the little things, and Chester did everything exactly the way a true professional should. He used the proper safety equipment, aired up the system, removed the driveshaft, and safely loaded what was far from an easy tow. This wasn’t just any truck. It was my fully loaded mobile showroom pulling a car dolly with my personal vehicle and a set of Collins dollies behind it. The rear bumper sits extremely low, making it a very challenging tow, but Chester handled every obstacle with confidence, professionalism, and great attention to detail. “The most polite and helpful staff! I have to say- Katrina went above and beyond. Griffin and Griffin Towing, whatever you all are paying Katrina- DOUBLE IT! And I mean that. Katrina was so patient and helpful with a client that had their box truck towed to Griffin and Griffin's yard. And since I was the one assisting the client with the trucks storage, she (Katrina) was communicative with me as well. She would call to give me a heads up about any new developments with the truck and its storage. Most tow company staff members are dismissive and/or rude. Never in my 10 years of dealing with auto accident claims have I ever encountered such an out going staff associate at a tow company. 5 stars hands down.
