“Kyle, who towed my car last night, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He called numerous times to let me know he was on his way as I waited for him. He reassured me even though I was panicking about being broken down in traffic. He spoke to my mechanic on the phone for directions on where to drop off my vehicle. He waited until my family arrived to pick me up. He let me wait for them in his truck and offered to get me a drink from inside the business where my vehicle was broken down. He even unloaded all of the Christmas gifts from my vehicle that I needed to retrieve before he took my car. He called to follow up after my vehicle was left at the mechanic's shop, even though it was very late and the day before Christmas Eve. I'm so grateful for him!”
“I called in the morning and scheduled a towing for later in the afternoon. They are very to the point and about business on the phone, which I appreciate considering that there is obviously a lot going on in the office based on what I could hear in the background. At the point of service, the tow man was very cool and helpful. My car was in a bit of a weird position and couldn't even start, but he was friendly and we got it out together. On the way to the shop I was getting my car towed to, we had some great conversation. Then when we finally dropped the car off he offered to give me a ride back!”
