My mom is 70 years old and her car broke down an hour and forty-five minutes away from home when it was dark out on a holiday. Every shop was closed, including the one she managed to pull into, that still had some employees there, but all went home and just left her alone in a dark parking lot. We called several towing companies and were shocked by how nonchalant and unconcerned everyone was and the $1100+ towing cost would be. (Five different places plus GEICO‘s person and AAA’s person so seven different ones) Then I spoke with Mario from Hermosillo Heavy Duty Towing, and everything changed. Mario spent over 20 minutes on the phone going back-and-forth with me as I was trying to help my mom. He was trying to help us figure out the safest way to get my mom home and how he could help. Eventually, his son personally came out, picked up my mom and her car in the tow truck, and safely towed her 92 miles back home. You know those Hallmark movies where the small-town people are unbelievably kind and you wish the world really worked that way? That is this company. This is a family-run business, and every single one of them is genuinely wonderful. They were a true blessing when we needed it most.
