“I want to say thank you for the gentlemen that came and helped me out with a tow for the white 74’ F100. He was very resourceful and helpful to work with, he also showed up 15 minutes after I called(the best response time I’ve had to a tow) He also helped me with the issue I was having with my rig. That’s something that the best tow company possibly couldn’t have done, Hot Rods manages to do both. Excellent service and a good price when it included someone’s professional knowledge to not only help me tow my truck but also quickly diagnose the issue when dropping it off at my house. I would 100% call them when I need it, thank you again to the gentleman that helped me!”

“My daughter had called for a tow due to a popped tire. It did not appear the new tire would be fixed before the possibility of it being towed by the state. (It had been tagged by a state trooper for towing within 8 hours and we needed to get it taken care of quickly.) The woman who answered was very nice! She asked to put my daughter on hold and actually gave reason why. She even waited for my daughter to respond about being placed on hold instead of just placing her on hold. This is almost unheard of! I personally find this a plus, as it gives a person an idea of how long they will be on hold. This is great customer service, in my opinion. During waiting on the tow, the tire shop advised the tire was ready to be picked up. My daughter called to see if the service could be cancelled and hopefully receive a refund (she pre-paid). This was initially advised they could cancel but might not be able to refund. My daughter agreed to go ahead and have it towed to the location given this information. Hot Rods worked it out to where they refunded the payment and cancelled the service, with an image text confirming the refund. I want to highlight their efficiency and customer service; The phone was answered professionally, friendly and promptly. They awaited confirmation before placing customer on hold. The tow was on the way within approximately an hour, give or take. The second call was answered professionally, friendly and promptly. The service request and cancellation of the request was handled in a helpful, happy manner. A text was sent with image to confirm the refund. Most of all the young woman who is first contact with the company is A+. Her customer service is immaculate! Never once did she seem aggravated or rushed about either call made and given the background sounds I know she had her hands full! With this experience in mind, when I ever need tow service, this is who I will use. I now have their number saved in my phone!”
