“I cannot speak highly enough of Indy Mobile Auto & Truck Repair. We got stranded on a Sunday with our trailer, and I called multiple companies trying to get help. Most of them were very standoffish and basically just told me, “Call back Monday.” When I called Indy Mobile Repair, I spoke with Brandy in dispatch, and she was phenomenal. Even though they couldn’t come out that same day, she took the time to explain why, gave me helpful advice and recommendations, and did not make me feel rushed off the phone. She was very kind and comforting during a stressful situation. She even advised me to lock up the trailer if I had to leave it and to call them back the next day. The onsite mechanic, Conrad, was also outstanding. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He was a man of his word and walked me through the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he was patient, respectful, and explained everything clearly. He had to take the axle off my trailer and put everything back together, and I was able to see the care he put into every step of the repair. Brandy and Conrad both represented this company incredibly well. If I ever run into trouble again in Indiana, I would absolutely call Indy Mobile Auto & Truck Repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roadside or trailer repair. That is why I am leaving a five-star review. Drove 1,100 miles to Texas after and did not have a single problem.”

“When you’re broke down on the shoulder of Interstate 70, all you want is help. I managed to limp into the parking lot of another heavy truck shop and was told it would be next day before they could even look at it, and next week before they could work on it. Neither dealer would even talk to me. I found Indy Mobil repair and was told they had someone available and gave me an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes. Zack showed up and I told him what had happened and what I had done to get off the road. Not only could he fix it, but they had a young lady from the office get the part and bring it to him. 3 1/2 hours, it was fixed, and cost half of what I had expected. Did I mention it 97 degrees that day? Miserable heat and he didn’t complain once.”
