Not only did he tow my car, but he went far above and beyond by driving me to my hotel, picking me up later, and taking me to the shop where my car was being repaired. “I can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s Towing. They truly went above and beyond for my family. My daughter was driving from New Orleans to Chattanooga when she hit a rough stretch of road on I-59 in Boligee, AL about 45 minutes west of Tuscaloosa. She blew a tire and ended up on the side of the freeway. We tried BMW roadside assistance with no luck, and even local authorities weren’t able to help. It was getting late, and we were running out of options. That’s when we found Jeff’s Towing. Jeff showed up in about 45 minutes, which was impressive given the location and time of day. But what really stood out was everything that came after. He made sure my daughter was safe, picked her up, and got her to a hotel in Tuscaloosa for the night. He didn’t ask for payment for the tow until they had safely transported both my daughter and the vehicle. The next morning, Jeff stayed in communication with me and took care of everything. He coordinated directly with a local tire shop, and when we found out the rim was cracked, he used his connections to get it rushed through a weld repair shop. Jeff personally handled moving the wheel between shops and even authorized the tire replacement so everything would be ready as quickly as possible. He picked my daughter up from the hotel and took her back to her car, repaired and ready to go. She was back on the road just after noon. Every step of the process was smooth, even with everything working against us. When it came time to pay for the wheel services, Jeff covered it and provided receipts for everything for us to reimburse him via Venmo. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. In a stressful situation, Jeff treated my daughter like family and made sure she got back on the road quickly and safely. I’m incredibly grateful we found them and would recommend Jeff’s Towing without hesitation.”
