“We had a last minute change of plans in donating our vehicle. Jim’s towing was already coming to our location, which is an hour away from them. They were excellent in working with us to cancel the original plan and move the vehicle to the new planned location. They gave us a deal. David was the driver and he went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across good workers like him anymore. We appreciate this company and will use them again for our towing needs.”
“We were literally stuck. The uhaul we had got bottom out between our driveway and the street. We are new to the area. We called every number listed in the search and including AAA who flat out said “no”. We were tired from packing and loading for 3 days straight. Finally we called Jim’s Towing Service INC and the call rep was great “yes, we can and will do that work to help you.” Within minutes Frank called and said I will be there in less than 45 minutes to help you out. He was spot on timing. Made sure we were ok and went to work. He got the job completed with ease. He was friendly and considerate to us. He helped us through his work and as a “neighbor” in the. We felt safe and cared for in our new home with such a stressful situation. We are so grateful for Frank. Glad to know there are service people who care to do the work they claim to do, and that there are still good people in the world like Frank. Thank you to everyone at Jim Towing Service Inc for helping us out of a jam.”
