I had already tried a few options (i.e. going through insurance first, a different company my husband used once) but I wasn't having any luck and was only getting more stressed as it got later and darker. While looking for local companies on Google with good reviews, I came across Jinks. Definitely helped that several reviews included dog pictures. When I called Jinks, the guy on the phone was very nice and helpful, answering all my questions (never had to have a car towed before). He told me he was going to dispatch somebody and within 10 minutes, I received a text from John D. with an ETA. My friend was on her way to pick me up but I was by myself in a dark, empty parking lot when the tow truck arrived. John, the driver, was so kind and friendly, immediately putting me at ease. Very much a family man and easy to talk to while he hooked my car up to the truck. Bottom line, I felt extremely safe and he even waited around until my friend showed up because he didn't want to leave me by myself. Later that night I received a text confirming my car was left at our local shop with a picture of my car safely in the lot and the form that was left in the dropbox with the keys. I can't thank the staff (and especially John D.) at Jinks enough. They readily took the stress out of an anxiety inducing situation. I immediately saved their number in in my phone. I 100% recommend Jinks to anybody and everybody.”
