“Today I met Paul of JT's Towing & Wrecker Service. I lost my keys while downtown and my day went down hill after that. I could not get my spare key to work so I decided to call JT's to get a wrecker. What I got was an angel!!! I saw where JT's had a very high rating so I felt good about calling for help. While explaining my situation to Paul, over the phone he didn't hesitate to start talking me through getting the alarm off and getting my car started. I was able to get the alarm off but I still could not start my car even though Paul remained calm and courteous. Paul agreed to come check on my car, prepared to tow it for me if needed. It wasn't necessary. Paul stopped by and got my car started and had to rush away on a more serious call. I had to give him a hug of thanks; he charged me NOTHING!!! It does not end there, Paul followed up and called me at home to see if I got home ok and took the opportunity to explain what he did and advise me of next steps. Like I started out saying, he is an angel and I am forever greatful. Those great reviews helped me in ways I can't explain. I hope you visit JT's or call on them when you need assistance. “An accident occurred involving our company vehicle, and my coworker was stranded at the scene. Since we work in Miami, you can imagine how stressful the situation was. After calling two other places I found on Google with no success, I came across JT, who stepped in immediately—even though it was around 7:00 p.m., after most places had already closed. He reassured us that his shop works directly with insurance companies and could arrange for the vehicle to be picked up there. My coworker was understandably overwhelmed and had left several personal items in the car, including the license plate, and the office was incredibly helpful in assisting with that as well. Everyone was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the process. I don’t typically have the best experiences with tow companies, but this one truly exceeded expectations. I would give them a 10/10 without hesitation!”
