Judd's Towing & Recovery

“This is gonna be a story, a long one but I feel like you need to know what kind of people you’re dealing with! First, my husband is in the army, he flew home for Christmas and decided we were gonna drive his truck from Washington state all the way to our new duty station in Oklahoma. We didn’t make it. We made it to Salt Lake City UT. Our truck broke down. We made the decision to tow our truck to a storage facility nearby and figure out how to get it back later as my husband had to be back to base in two days, and we called Judd’s towing. Immediately we got a very nice man I think his name was Calleb. Calleb not only towed us to the storage, somehow got our truck in the tightest storage unit, but he kept in contact with me! A month later, while I was in Washington, he coordinated with me and my team of people (locksmith, storage manager and the freight transporter) he kept me in the loop the day of moving this truck out all while I was at home stressing about how things were going. He not only got my truck out and onto the freight but he went BEYOND with helping the locksmith as he didn’t have the right tools to be able to roll my truck out of the unit. Honestly I couldn’t have done it without this guy! He deserves a raise! He was able to unbolt the driveline and drag that baby out of the tight storage unit and get it to the street for my freight (who didn’t speak English and was telling me lies throughout this process) Calleb was able to ease my mind and keep me informed the whole time and even sent me pictures to show proof the freight guy was lying. To this day I still talk about how wonderful this company was to us! During a very hard and stressful time in my life. If I was rush I would have given him ALOT more but unfortunately it was during the government shut down and we could barely afford food let alone the whole freight of getting this truck back home. I wish I could have thanked him in person and gave him a hug! Thank you Judds towing! Thank you so much”
