Kare Auto Tow

“Will be telling all rv’ers about Alex & Kare Auto Tow!!! 👍🏼 ***if you need a tow, especially an Rv, this is your guy! We are full time RV’ers & needed our 14,000 pound residential model RV towed to the dealership for roof repairs. This Texas heat is no joke & made the RV inoperable. The hitch jack as well as scissor jacks are also inoperable which presented a dangerous challenge to those who tow. We could have used our F350 but decided to use our benefits with the towing company from NWAN and boy were we glad we did! After another company accepted the tow job, they cancelled 5 min later, Alex at Kare Auto immediately picked up the job & texted me to let me know that he would be taking care of our tow but had a prior tow scheduled so we agreed to the new time & he was THERE 15 min EARLY. 😀. During our talks to arrange I let him know the physical issues & he reassured me that his F750 could handle the pull. He also kept in touch to let us know his eta once he delivered the other unit. He & his partner accessed the situation and had our RV loaded & were on the road in less than 30 min, all with ease. I had been worried for nothing! They arrived right after I got to the dealership (maybe 10 min after me) and dropped it off with no issues! Alex & partner were incredibly professional and listened to my concerns as most tow drivers handle light hauls and not damaged 14,000 pound rv’s full of expensive bay window plate glass and sliding doors! I recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are a woman. I’m not sure how far away from Houston he ties, but Bryan and surrounding areas seem to be in his area. We also were not asked for any addition fees & he took care of all the paperwork! Alex has an Amazing demeanor in a situation where I was highly aggravated and concerned - he put my mind at ease!”

“I'd give 10 starts if I could! Kare Auto Tow was the THIRD service my roadside connected us to, and though it didn't need to be so difficult to get this done, at least our business ended up with Alex. He was terrific to work with from start to finish. Communication during the whole process, arrived on time and even communicated after the vehicle was delivered to the dealership. He went as far as getting a service advisor's name, took pictures of my vehicle, text them to me and gave the service advisor my contact information. I greatly appreciate his level of commitment. I was concerned it would not end well as I had spent 4-1/2 hours of my day going back and forth, but at least we got routed to a great company. The previous tow company arrived and said they couldn't do what needed to be done, but now I see it was just sheer unwillingness on their part. Alex arrived with the same tools and truck, but he came with an extra quality: CARE (hence the name of the company, KARE). It was a good sign when he text me to look at KARE'S reviews on Google. That made me feel better about the chances of the service going well. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and timely. I am saving his information in my phone in case I need service down the line.
