“They came to our rescue on THE bitter coldest day when our roadside assistance dispatches kept getting canceled or moved out from 30 nin to 120 min. Every company locally and far was so backed up, but they got to us in 32 min even though calls were stacking up for them too. My husband was broken down in the middle of the street unable to be moved to the side of the road out of danger (don't get an EV) . They arrived and off we were able to go. We had been there about 2 hours total but not because of them. We called, they said 35 min, they were there in 32min while is was -2°.”
“Best prices. I called around for a good week, and they maintained a low price, great attitude, great service, and impeccable time. All said and done, moving the car from when I called to when it arrived was within the hour. And even professional and polite enough to ask how/where to put the car, whether the brakes were safe to roll it off the trailer. Honestly price goes as a selling point, but I’d pay for the service from them if I ever need it again, just off the experience with their employees.”
