“I got a car stuck trying to drive up an embankment from under the overpass at 167 and the Choctawhatchee river. It was a pretty steep embankment with mostly loose rocks and gravel. I had actually been up and down this exact spot in a Kia earlier in the day. Trying it again at night was not my greatest idea ever. Needless to say I got the little Nissan stuck and had the call Kevin Goodyear to come and save the (day? Night?), which they did in a relatively quick fashion. We were unstuck with all for tires back on the ground within 45 minutes of calling the dispatcher. Super friendly service. I would definitely recommend them and would call again if the need ever arises.”
“On May 14th my father's truck dropped a ball joint so I had to call for a tow. They sent Timothy out to assist and let me tell you, he was very respectful and professional at his job. He done everything in his power to not further damage my father's truck and he succeeded. After he loaded the truck instead of me having to walk back home Mr Timothy opened the truck door for me to get in and shut it behind me. It's a shame he isn't appreciated for the amazing job he dose. The major complaint I do have is, the first time I called i was quoted $149.50 (mind you it only had to be towed about the length of a football field) then a lady calls back and says, since we have to bring special equipment to load it because its a ball joint the price jumped to $293.28. It's sad that the special piece of equipment was a damn 6x6 that you see under the truck in the pictures. I had a 6x6 and 4x4's in the back of my father's truck that we used.”
