“I got to say this... Even though mine was a non-consensual tow and impound from the Shitty of Pleasant Grove. The only thing that was good about the experience was dealing with Miss April at King Boyz. I take about a dozen medications... And Po Po... Failed to do their job.. and remove my medications.nor did they inventory. However King boys make sure my medication was locked up in my car when they put it on the tow truck and when I went to pick it up every bit of it was there... They even let me go out to my car and get my medication.... Before I could get a release to get my car... They make sure they asked for my ID... And we're extremely professional and showed every courtesy. They didn't have to do that but they did. I looked everything up.. on the internet. About Alabama law on towing and storage and the rates... And they complied fully with it.. and charged no more... Then the law allows.... And even applied the first 24 hours of storage which is free according to state law on storage... The rate for towing was well within the guidelines...All and all I will be using them in the future for when I break down on the side of the road or need a wrecker. Thank you so much Miss April.... You and your team was very professional... I wish you well on getting into your new building. Robert Campbell.”
“KC is GREAT! I requested tow service for 6:00 a.m. I received an email at 5:32 a.m. indicating they were on the way to my house. I received a phone call from KC at 5:37 a.m. stating he would be to my house in 5 minutes - BEFORE TIME!! KC was very pleasant (cold and outside and early in the a.m.), he was very professional, friendly and courteous. I rode to the dealership with him; wrecker was "good and warm/hot" and clean. He conversed, drove safely and we arrived way before the dealership even opened. He showed me a new route to BMW, which was much quicker. He even offered for me to stay in the wrecker until the service centered opened, but I told him I would just sit in my vehicle so that I would not hold him up. I would recommend your company to anyone and if all of your employees are like KC, then you have an excellent staff. KC is to be commended.”
