“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Knob Hill Towing enough, specifically because of an incredible employee named Hot Rod. We were dealing with a highly stressful situation involving a squatter's vehicle at one of our properties. When Hot Rod arrived to impound the truck, two aggressive men showed up and tried to forcibly stop the tow. I was completely unsure of what to do, but Hot Rod was an absolute professional. He stood right by my side, calmly stood his ground, and expertly de-escalated the entire situation without ever losing his cool. Without his help and steady presence, our property would have continued to be taken advantage of. Hot Rod is an absolute Godsend and a top-tier, quality employee. Thank you, Hot Rod and Knob Hill Towing, for having our back when we needed it most!”
“I had one of my worst days on the 23,of April, and knob hill made a situation that that was terrible for me so very much better! My roadside service would not pick my car up from a tow yard. I was just beside myself not knowing how to fix this, on the 24th of April Jay, Kevin and Miss Rachel truly went Above and beyond to make that day ((23rd) 😢 so very much better on the 24th!!! They are all ROCKSTARS! They have great pricing and will truly go above and beyond to help you out, whatever you situation might be!! I was so pleased with my service, that I wish I could have given each one of them Jay, Kevin, and Miss Rachel each 5 STARS 🌟 OF THEIR OWN!!
