“These guys saved the day! I had a right rear blowout at mile marker 310 on interstate 10 coming from Jacksonville to Destin. Called my insurance roadside assistance and that was going to be 69 minutes if in fact, they come at all. So, I changed the tire to the “mini tire” and started to drive West not knowing how far away I could get a real tire replacement. My very first exit at Lake City turned my unlucky event into good Fortune. The very first exit was Murray’s tire and they had my tire replaced in 30 minutes. I felt like the luckiest unlucky guy in the world. Everyone at Murray’s just took it in stride, but I was so thankful and so appreciative of everything they did. Thank you, thank you thank you!”
“My teenage daughter was traveling alone and her car started making a noise. I was more than 2 hours away and frantically called the shop, after googling for close locations, and while this isn’t their speciality, Kyle agreed to look at her car and helped me to know she was safe there. He made observations and fixed the problem within 10 minutes, then asked her to test it out and come back if she heard any issues. He then called and reported back to me all that he’d done. Our experience at their shop for a brief time was wonderful for safety, professionalism and knowledge. 10/10 will recommend this establishment to everyone!”
