“If I could, I would give 10 stars. MEGAN, dispatcher? or office mgr? was great ! She answered my phone calls quickly ( multiple calls, as I was desperately in need of a long haul, flatbed tow ) , always pleasant and reassuring me that Liberty was going to get me , my dog, and my disabled suv home. She said she was sending the requested flatbed truck and would be at my location in 20 minutes. It felt like she lifted 100 pounds off my chest, and I actually felt I was going to get home with all my possessions. The Truck was at my location in 15 minutes. JACOB, the flatbed truck driver, was "my savior" , no kidding. I say this because as a AAA member, I had already been waiting 4 hours for triple A to "find" me a flatbed tow service, to get me home, 80 miles away. I gave up hope that AAA was going to be able to help me on a Sunday afternoon, so my wife (70 miles away in the other direction from my disabled location) found Liberty and called me with their phone number. Jacob was also great, personable, loved on my dog, loaded my suv and got us home in less than 2 hours. I hope I never have to call Liberty Tow Service again, but , if I ever need a Tow Service again between Wis. Dells and Northern IL., I will absolutely call Liberty. No Kidding, I have them stored in my priority phone no. listing. YES, NO KIDDING !!”

“had my truck broke down with the storm we had to call Smith towing to help us out they told us!!! they were busy then we call Liberty towing services in tthisshow up immediately in less than an hour we try to do the right thing we call the city to let them know that we are having a truck problem but we figured out and we have delivery towing coming in like 20 minutes all the sudden couple officers show up and we tell them that probably Liberty towing should be here in about 15 minutes and they immediately called Smith towing!! all the sudden they weren't busy anymore !! they showed up in like 10 minutes They tried to take our truck so they can charge us just to towing it literally a few miles away!!! We got so lucky because the guy from Smith towing didn't want to mess with the truck the plow and the Salter saying his truck wasn't big enough but the officer didn't want to just let it go! Then they went to talk in private!! Because the officer really won them to take our truck!! Lucky us Jacob from Liberty towing services show up in like 5 minute after the guy from Smith towing!!! ( With a similar truck truck side) We have to wait until finally the officers Let It Go and let Jacob from Liberty towing services do his job and take our truck to the shop and did an amazing job that guy is a pro!!!
