“Louie is the goat. He came through and saved the day like Superman. He had great customer service wonderful hospitality. Definitely would recommend calling if you need any assistance. Even pumped my tire up because the lot had nails in it appreciate you Louie DA GOAT.”
“After a LLOOONNGGG day of work; Driving around the city, I Literally just came from uptown off the Brooklyn bridge and my car started going in and out of power. Service Stabiltrak prompt appeared, the power steering prompt appeared then the wheel started locking up and the power was flicking and out of the car until it eventually locked up and turned off. My alternator didn’t hold charge. I was stuck in the middle of 330 Atlantic Ave (near Boerum and Atlantic intersection), re directing traffic until I grabbed my external car charger to charge my vehicle and get a temporary charge to drive my vehicle home; I literally live off Franklin Ave in prospect heights so it was a blessing that it happened so close to home. But I only got so far…. My car cut off AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF the Atlantic Ave & Flatbush Ave intersection! THEE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE for a car to malfunction. Got another charge but then I noticed my external car battery is dying too! But I’m only about 15 blocks away from home! My Chevy Equinox AND my external battery was completely dead and I’m stranded in the middle of the Atlantic Ave and Vanderbilt (in front of the McDonalds) I was DEVASTATED! My only option was to bike home, charge my external battery, then come back to jumpstart the vehicle until I can drive home. I called my brother for backup! Until this night shining armor guardian angel came floating down and saved the day! Literally an ANGEL! I didn’t call for 311 or anything! He so what happened to be getting off of work and seen a guy in distress! Pulled up right next to me like WASSUP!? He told me he just got off work and he’s going home so I live in his direction. He loaded my truck and towed me home. He even found me a parking space! I was going through a lot these past couple months but this definitely restored my faith in humanity ❤️ god bless him! And I wish him the best in all of his endeavors. To have the keenness and kindness to help someone in distress, is a lost art. I will”
