“These Mechanic here are freaking awesome. They know what they’re doing. They have good customer service good attitude. Jordan and Kendrick did an awesome job on my electric on my trailer. Everything was all messed up in the trailer electrical wiring Jordan went through my harness, found the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours when I went to Loves and spent five hours there where they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. He Got all my lights working. amazing job. They have a Trucker lounge where they give refreshments water soda and have a clean restroom. The owner has a awesome attitude really good guy. I thank you guys for the good experience. Will try to bring more customers your way thank you so much.”
“This was one of the best shop experiences we've had! My driver broke down in Virginia on a Friday around closing time for most of the other shops in the area. The fuel pump went bad on our Cascadia and we needed to get towed to a shop to get the work done. The problem was I couldn't find a shop that was open to tow the truck to. I called Main Truck Towing & Repair and Mike let me know that he had a tow truck available and ready to send out to my truck and they could bring us back to their shop and start working on it the next morning on Saturday. He knew how big of a job this was (metal shavings had gotten into the fuel system when the pump failed) and they had our fuel pump in stock and told me he could have the truck in and out in 1 day. The tow truck arrived quickly and my driver said the tow truck driver was very friendly. They towed us to their shop Friday night and took my driver to a hotel close by. Saturday morning they started working on the truck and they had everything finished before the end of the business day and my driver was back up and rolling and able to enjoy the sunset! This experience was top notch, the communication was great and service like this is worth every penny! I'll be back to get some more work done on my other trucks soon! Thank you again 🙏🏾”
